Informal workshop starting with very short presentations of participating projects or individuals and their view of cross-layer. The vast amount of time was spent in breakout-sessions where discussion to prepared questions took place. The results of the break-out sessions were discussed with all other participants. At the end of these two days we achieved a clearer picture of what our understanding of cross-layer is and most importantly, how we quantify the advantages of cross-layer.
