Overview

The goal of this priority program is to develop new methods and architectures at system level as to eliminate the effects associated when migrating to new technology nodes like malfunctioning, performance degradation, and increased power consumption. The five columns of research are:

  • Technology Abstraction
  • Dependable Hardware Architectures
  • Dependable Embedded Software
  • Design Methods
  • Operation, Observation, Adaptation

Operating Systems and Middleware

The SPP 1500 Mini-Workshop on Operating Systems and Middleware takes place on March 14th and 15th in Dresden, Germany.

The goal of this workshop is to discuss the software projects of the SPP in more detail. On top of that, work collaborations and joint publications are a subject of the discussions.

We would also kindly and explicitly invite those projects, in which software is merely a means to an end.

If you wish to attend this Mini-Workshop, please write an email to doebel@os.inf.tu-dresden.de by March 4th.
